| This house had not been painted
for quite some time. The paint was flaking off where the damp and frost
had got behind it. The owner of this property thought the decorative
bricks on the front wall were dated. |
|

Now the walls have been sanded
to remove all the flaking paint work. The front wall has been rendered
which has given it a much better look. The guttering and drain pipe have
been painted in a matt black. A foot up around the bottom of the house
has also been painted in matt black to protect the light coloured walls
and makes it easier to clean. The decorative bricks at the edge and the
freeze through the centre of the property and the capping on the front
wall have been painted in white to make them more of a feature.
The walls have been painted in Magnolia. This has given this
property a clean and crisp look.

| Here is a large
lounge which the customer wanted to have more of a wow factor. They
wanted the open beams on the ceiling to be covered over and plastered.
All the wood work to be painted white and the walls to repaired and
painted. |

The
ceiling has also been fitted with LED down lights, ceiling fan
and ambient lighting.
The ambient
lighting runs from a control panel which allows you to change them to
any colour of the rainbow. So if you’ve had a hectic day, the whole
ceiling could be lit in a sky blue, green, or purple. It also can be set
so its music
activated.

this property had just had a new kitchen fitted. The floor covering is
cork tiles. |
